Diamond Goes to See Santa Clause!

Diamond got to sit on Santa's lap for the very first time.  Norman and my sister Sarah also went to see Santa with us.  Everybody that saw Diamond and Norman at the mall petted them.  They said they were very cute dogs.  Many people wanted to know what kind of dogs they were.  We got to tell them about Cardigan Welsh Corgis.  Santa sure did love Diamond and Norman because they were good on his lap.  They got to tell him what they wanted for Christmas.  I think Diamond wants lots of toys to chew up and shred.  I think Norman wants some peace and quiet.  Sarah and I rode the Pink Pig while we were there.  They would not let Diamond and Norman ride.  We all ate at the varsity on the way home.  Diamond and Norman sure do love Varsity french fries.

My First Grade Job Report

I did a job at school to put on display. I did an interview with Cheryl Mika, who handles Diamond in the show ring. I learned that you can learn a job by being an apprentice. Diamond will be heading to Maryland soon with Ms.Cheryl for a big show....

Diamond at the B Match!

Diamond went to a "B Match" last weekend.  It was fun.  Diamond was really a good girl.  This was her first show.  When Diamond was on the table she stuck her tongue out at the judge.  It was cute.  

Diamond did a good job of walking around the ring.  She was so cute in the ring.  She walked like a big girl.  Everyone else thought that she was a pretty dog.  She got alot of compliments at the show.  This is Diamond doing her down and back.

Diamond did okay on the table.  She was a little goofy.  Daddy said the judge thought she was really sweet even though she was goofy.  Diamond didn't always cooperate but it was fine with me because she is just a baby puppy still.

Diamond won some ribbons at her first show.  I was very proud of her.  I think she will be a good show dog when she can show at the real shows.  She is growing every day and loves to frap with Uncle Norman.

Diamond Loves to Play

Diamond's ears stood up this week.  It was exciting.  She looks cute with her ears up.  Diamond plays cute with Norman.  They play all the time.  Norman is nice to Diamond most of the time.  She bit Norman on the face but she didn't mean it.  They were just playing.  Diamond likes to pull Normans tail.  Sometimes Norman pulls Diamond's tail.

Diamond likes to lay on me.  She can be very silly.  Do you see that her ears are standing up?

I'm laying by Diamond.  We were tired.  Diamond has cute face.

I Took Pictures of Diamond Today!

Diamond lays on the couch and doses.  She makes a cute face when she goes to sleep.  Diamond plays with Norman so much until they dose off.  Uncle Norman makes a good pillow sometimes for Diamond.  Sometimes Diamond sleeps by Norman.

Diamond fell asleep on Uncle Norman.  I thought this was very cute.

Diamond shares a bone with Uncle Norman.  They love to play together.

Things Diamond and Me Did Today!

Diamond is a busy puppy.  She follows me around.  I took pictures of  Diamond with my own camera today.  Here are some of them.

Diamond Goes to School

I got to show off  Diamond at school today.  First, my teacher showed my whole class my new blog about Diamond.  Then, Diamond came to school to pick me up.

My teacher, Mrs. Petway, got to hold her.

The other teachers got to pet her.

 My friend Mallory played with her.  People asked alot of  questions about Cardigans.  Uncle Norman came too.  They wanted to know how girl Cardigans are different from boy Cardigans.  They wanted to know if Diamond would look alot like Uncle Norman. Diamond loved all of the petting.  She was a very good girl. She was tired after going  to school.

Meet Diamond

Hi my name is Emily and I am 5 years old!  This is my new puppy Diamond.  She came home with me Friday night.  Her real name is Grangefield Lyberty Cracklin' Rosie Make Me a Smile and she is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi.  She is 11 weeks old.   We are going to learn about dog shows together.

She loves to play with her Uncle Norman.

 She likes sticks like Uncle Norman.
